What is Bacta-Pur®

Bacta-Pur® is a Canadian biotechnology product line based on the concept of probiotics which comes from Greek term probiosis meaning for life. The Bacta-Pur® products consist of beneficial communities of natural water purifying bacteria, which biodigest organic waste such as sludge and grease (oil deposits) in sewerage pipes in any system. Thus whether applied in home/public bathrooms and commercial kitchens, or in municipal sewage lines/drains, ponds or streams/lakes, Bacta-Pur® eliminates even the worst organic blockages and foul smells (ammonia and sulfide). Bacta-Pur® has been developed and is produced by IET Aquaresearch Ltd, North Hatley, Canada and the latter is recipient of prestigious Grand Prize for Environmental Excellence 2001.
